Free Shipping is valid only to the lower 48 US states, for new online purchases only. Free shipping amount is based on pre-tax total. If any portion of a free shipping order is returned, the normal shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds or credits. Offer is for a limited time and subject to change without notice. Free shipping is not available for the following items:
-Large, heavy, bulky, or oversized items, or items requiring special packaging or that are of odd shape.
-Certain guitar amplifiers, speakers, power amplifiers, trussing, congas, drum sets, guitar cabinets, large mixing consoles, fluids, equipment cases, or any item of considered large or heavy at our discretion.
In the event no shipping charges are shown due to technical error or oversight on a large or heavy item, an email will be sent for customer to approve shipping rate prior to processing.
What the heck do I select at checkout if my order is under $199.00 but states FREE SHIPPING?
It's simple! Just select the "Over $199- FREE SHIPPING" method and you should be good to go!
What exactly is "Express" shipping?
Express shipping uses our fastest possible processing time. In more cases that not we have your item out the door the same business day.
What is "Usually Ships in 3-4 Days"?
We want all of our customers to know when their items will ship. Some of the "Big Guys" say they have an item ready to go and out the door the same day which is untrue most of the time. When you see "Usually Ships in 3-4 days" we are expecting an order to come into us from that company in the next day or two. Also, on most of our guitars that take 3 or 4 days to ship out we extend our customer appreciation by setting up the guitars so they'll be absolutely ready to play when you take it out of the box. When you submit your order your card will not be charged until the shipment arrives and you will be one of the first in line to receive one of those particular items.

We ship worldwide, but the shipping costs vary greatly. Enter your order via our website including payment and current contact information (phone and email). We accept Western Union Wire Transfer, Money Gram Wire Transfer. International Money Orders, www.PayPal.com, and Fax Orders. ELEVATION STORE POLICY AND RETURNS POLICY:
Items are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne or USPS. Tracking numbers are not always available. If they are available, they will automatically be sent to you via email upon shipment.
Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first forty five (45) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this forty five (45) day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling. Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return.
Larger items (from manufacturers such as Auralex) and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return.
In some cases a special order or factory direct item and some orders over $250.00 are nonreturnable except for defects. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about return qualifications. In the event of a defect, an exchange may be made by the manufacturer. This is at the sole discretion of Elevation Music.
The following items are nonreturnable: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, Apple products, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Returned mouthpieces incur a sterilization fee. Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 45-day guarantee period. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Non-Returnable merchandise: Copy-protected material: Sheet Music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROM's
Certain items must be exchanged directly through the manufacturer if they are found to be defective. This includes tubes, strings, pickups, raw frame speakers, drum heads, drumsticks, cymbals, cowbells, and harmonicas. These items can only be returned to us if they are unopened.
Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you refuse a delivery:
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be charged back at the time of return.
Title; Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from Elevation Music to you on shipment from our or our designee's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. Title to any licensed intellectual property will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
Customer "pick up" is not available for some items. Give us a call to see which warehouse the item is stocked.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Most items are covered by a 90 day, 1 year, or 2 year Manufacturer's Warranty.
This covers any defect in the manufacturing of your product.
If you believe that your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company which delivered your item.
If your product has a manufacturing defect and you wish to send it to us for service or repair covered by your warranty, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to Elevation Music and return shipping must be pre-paid.
Your warranty does not cover any product that has been modified or misused in any way.
Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on side where label is located. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S ORIGINAL BOX.
The item(s), package, interior packaging, paperwork, and any accessories, must be in resellable condition. Total assessment of restock fee will be at Elevation Music's complete descretion.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Any item received must be checked for shipping damage prior to signing for or accepting a package.
If a delivery is signed for and there is shipping damage visible from the outside
a claim must be filed to the courier by the buyer (receiver).
If package does not show shipping damage we will send a call tag and resend order as soon as damaged item is received and assessed.
We will accept a return without authorization ONLY if package was refused at time of delivery. This must be done though the courier.
